Oh GOSH, SO much to tell, we are finally here in Armidale (well, to be precise INVERGOWRIE, about 15km out). Here I am trying to get some work done. It's been SO busy and crazy - Georgie Love Xmas orders (loads) a teething baby (mostly happy, just slightly clingier than usual and a tad harder to get to sleep, which is still a ton easier than loads of other bebes I know) and a super-sensitive toddler trying to cope with new things, new people and a big girl bed. A kangaroo in our backyard (paddock) even jumped over Georgie yesterday. I am exhausted, stressed, sore, worn out and highly caffeinated. But happy. Mostly happy. I will write more when things settle down.
(PS: I want a washer-dryer combo for Christmas - is that so wrong?)

I met my love in Armidale, we were TAFEing it up. I like it there, although it really is pretty bloody cold in winter - good luck with that!
my friend, a washer-dryer combo got the thumbs down in my house because the weight capacity of each item singularly is not the same...sooooooo the promise of set the washing, go out, have a coffee, play with the kiddies at the park and come home to clean AND dry clothes is empty. my advice is get yourself a really good washer AND dryer and kick back with a good cup of tea and watch the loads disappear. it also means you can be washing AND drying at the same time, which i am a fan of. i am knowledgable in these things, trust me.
So Georgie isn't doing the wrapping anymore, he was so good at it!
The way it's been raining in Armidale a washer/dryer combo is a really smart option.
